This Grungy Witches Hat was handmade by me. I just love how this hat turned out!!. It was painted,grungied up and baked in the same to give it that grungy, worn look!!I grungy stained and blacken up the cheesecloth a tad bit and tied around the bottom of the hat and tied a rusty bell on top!! I Added a grungy stain tag that says
" Old Witch Hat". It measures 9" around and 7 1/2" high. This would look great just sitting on the shelf or in a bowl...
