 This is a Tennessee Ridge Primitives Pattern.  I love how he turned out. It was a fun watching the progression from start to finish.   I always try to make the patterns I use my own.  He is made from muslin, osnaburg, and some twigs from the back yard.  The  wording on the front is hand stitched and then secured to the front of the scarecrow with black pearl cotton. His arms and legs are about 1" in diameter . There is spanish moss and green moss tucked in around his arms, legs, and neck.  There is also a small crow perched on his shoulder.   He would look great hanging on your door, be sure you have enough clearance if you have a screen door, he would look great anywhere.  He measures 28" high, and has a hanger on the back.
