These are hanging battery operated taper candles that have been dipped quite a few times in brown beeswax to give them that grungy rustic look/they have that dark reddish burgundy/brown look to them (very unique color)  and wrapped a rusty wire for you to hang. These will be great hung anywhere and everywhere around the house on your cabinets, twig trees, christmas trees, door knobs, wreaths, cubbies just about anywhere that you could hand something.  These are completely save and you don't have to worry about the open flame and you can get light safely - They use 2 AA batteries and last approximately 700 hours. Twist the bottom of the candle for easy on/off. The taper measures 6.5" tall.
