Old Thyme Easter Basket

I  just finished this. I love it. It is from a pattern by Old Road Primitives. The basket portion is a paper mache box measuring 7inches across. I then gave it that old look using a special technique. The lable on the front is printed. I filled the basket with spanish moss and then the special german style Easter Eggs hand done by me. There are 7 eggs in basket ( didn't notice when I took picture purple egg on right doesn't show, sorry) The handle is made from jute and has been stiffened to stay upright. It was then filled in with some sweet annie. Very old fashioned looking.
