Patty Anne measures 19" inches and is completely handmade. Every stitch about her body to her clothing was done by me. Her shoes are painted on then sanded for that "aged" look. I added small white buttons which I laced embroidery thread through. Her face is also handstitched and blush added for some rosy cheeks. 

NOTE: This doll is for decoration only. It is NOT a TOY.
