Perfect for Halloween...

These were handmade and hand sewn and stuffed and grunged up by me. They have been dusted with cinnamon and scented with "witches brew". They are about 4" high and 4" wide. They have a grungy tag with rusty safety pin that says" Black Hats" and wrapped with grungy cheesecloth around the brim of the hat with a rusty bell pinned on the tip.. These would look great in a bowl with your potpourri or just sitting on a shelf.
